"Расширена" логика обработки "глупостей" провайдера и сделано добавление дефолтного EPG в конфиги CrossEPG и EPGImporter в случаях "если" у провайдера:
1) В директиве #EXTM3U плейлиста задан EPG, а в директивах #EXTINF или вовсе или частично не задан tvg-id каналов
2) В директиве #EXTINF задан или частично задан tvg-id каналов, а в директиве #EXTM3U - отсутсвует ссылка на epg или она не задана пользователем в настройках плагина.
