-AutoBouquetsMaker, move user files to /etc/enigma2.
-ScanSetup, fix combined tuner being skipped, e.g. combined tuners such as Availink AVL 6862 did not show if DVB-T was active and DVB-S was not.
-OSCamInfo, correctly display return value from web interface.
-MovieSelection, when deleting a directory in Trashcan - stay deleted.
-ChannelSelection, fix addAlternativeServices.
-Info - tuners, fix language localisation.
-IMDB, update to read new web format.
-Fix green panel plugin order if changed from default.
