Changes:
The standard animation picon folders (0-47+N/A) are now installed at the same time (approx. 1MB)
Destination: /usr/share/enigma2/VWeather3/WeatherPicons/
Option: "Use animated picons" added (Default: True)
(this means that only universal VWeather3 skin parts are required for the IB or SIB)
If animated weather picons are not provided in your skin, only the picon animations in the plugin itself will be deactivated by switching off the option.

Изменена логика получения значков каналов по ссылкам из используемого плейлиста. Теперь тип ссылки не имеет значения, главное, чтобы она была действительной. При загрузке значка анализируется его содержимое, и если это картинка, то она сохраняется в формате PNG. Если в настройках плейлиста включен пункт "Оптимизировать пиктограммы каналов при загрузке", то формат файла "картинки", полученной по ссылке, может быть практически любым, он будет автоматически преобразован в PNG. Если этот пункт меню настроек отключен, то файлы, полученные по ссылке, должны быть только в формате PNG, в противном случае они не будут сохранены. Это изменение позволяет вам легко получать значки каналов, например, для плейлиста tvheadend

PS.

I've been testing this in my ShadowWQHD for several days now and it has improved a lot and you always have images on the screen when available without having to switch back and forth or restart the service like before.
